    Synchro Arts Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02975944. Our registered office is at 100 Liverpool Street, 6th Floor, London, EC2M 2AT, UK.

  10. Collection and Use of your Personal Data

    We collect and store personally identifiable information on three legal bases: Contractual Obligations, Consent, and Legal Compliance. Detail on what we do for each basis is given below.

    1. Contractual obligations

      When you purchase or download software products from Synchro Arts we store the following information that you might give us or we detect:

      • Name, email address and postal address and telephone number
      • Any Company name and VAT (EU Tax) registration
      • IP address
      • iLok account user ID
      • The names of any software programs you download from our site


        This data is used to allow us to deliver the software product to you and provide support.

        When you place an order with us, we pass on some of your information to Sage Pay Europe Limited, Pay Pal Europe and banks as required to allow your payment to be processed.

        We also keep a copy of all email correspondence between you and Synchro Arts.

        We may access information about iLok accounts that contain Synchro Arts products held by PACE Anti-Piracy Inc. This is normally done to help support queries and to manage your product license(s).

    2. Consent

      You may also have consented to receive marketing emails from Synchro Arts.

      We store your name and email data if you register on our mailing list.

      You can change your preferences for what emails you receive from us or unsubscribe from our mailing list using this link.

      The mailing list is used for Synchro Arts marketing only and is not supplied to any third party.

    3. Third Party Tracking Cookies

      If you have given us permission to use third party tracking cookies, we will share that information with Google and Facebook.

    4. Legal compliance

      If the law requires us to, we may need to collect and process your data.

      For example, if requested, we can pass on details of people involved in fraud or other criminal activity to law enforcement officials.

    The Synchro Arts website maintains a log of all requests made to the server. This is used for intrusion detection and analysis of faults and server performance.

    Applications

    Revoice Pro collects anonymous information which records the frequency that features in the program are used. This information is used to improve future versions of the program. Disabling this usage reporting can be done in the Revoice Pro Preferences page.

  12. Sharing your Information (Third Parties)

    Synchro Arts does not pass on to third parties any information you have submitted to this site, except where noted above in section 2A. At times we receive data from third-party organisations when they have received your consent to share data with third-parties.

    We may change our privacy policy from time to time. We will always update the privacy policy on our website, so you can check it when you visit the website.

  14. Security and storage of information

    We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and administrative security measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, alteration and disclosure. You are responsible for verifying that the Personal Data we maintain about you is current and accurate.

  15. Other websites

    If you follow a link from our website to another site or service, this privacy policy will no longer apply. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of third party sites.

If you ask us for your personal data, you will need to confirm the Synchro Arts Limited products for which you have or have had licenses, as well as your PACE iLok account name. We will also require you to confirm your postal address used for any orders through our online store, where applicable.  We may require other forms of ID to confirm your identity.
