How do I start Shrek's ReVoice Studio?

Insert the Shrek DVD into your PC.
Install the Interactual Player if you haven't done so.
Start the Interactual Player if it doesn't start automatically with Shrek DVD.
(Press the play '>' button in the Interactual controller if Shrek doesn't start by itself.)
Select Special Features from the Main menu.
Select DVD ROM from the Special Features menu.
Select Shrek's ReVoice Studio from the DVD ROM menu.

Other regions

For Region 2 and 4 disks in a PC DVD drive, you have two options:

In the Main Menu, click on Special Features, then in the Special Features menu, click on Games, then in the Games menu, click on ReVoice Studio.

If you have a Hercules Prophet 4500 video card, or similar:

Right click your desktop and select 'properties'.
From the screen that appears, click 'settings' then 'advanced'.
The Hercules driver offers a box for 'performance', which when clicked on, brings up a slider bar for (video) hardware acceleration.
Reduce this to the second setting and restart the computer.
Shrek's ReVoice Studio should work fine.

If you have an ATI Radeon card:

Go to http://support.ati.com/ and download and install the latest video driver for your ATI Radeon card and operating system. Let us know if this helps.

Others:

If you have another video card, make sure you have the latest drivers for your card (please check this with the video card manufacturer).
It is also worth checking whether your video card has a hardware acceleration performance slider in it's control panel similar to that described for the Hercules Prophet, above.
If so, try reducing this to see if the video corruption in Shrek's ReVoice Studio disappears.

How do I backup my recordings in Shrek's ReVoice Studio?

Your voice recordings are stored in the folder called "ReVoice" in your "My Documents" folder. If you make a copy of this folder, you will be able to copy it back into your "My Documents" folder to restore any recordings that you made before you made the copy.
